Cookies are small files a site stores on your device. We use ones that are essential to run the platform, plus a few that remember your preferences and help us understand how the site is used (analytics). You can control or block non-essential cookies through your browser or our cookie controls. This is a summary only — the full policy below governs, and it should be read with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Section titled “1. What cookies are”Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences over time. We also use similar technologies — such as local storage, pixels and software development kits — and we refer to all of them as “cookies” in this policy. Cookies may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (which remain until they expire or you delete them), and first-party (set by Wink) or third-party (set by a provider we use).
2. The categories we use
Section titled “2. The categories we use”- Strictly necessary — required to operate the Platform and provide services you request, such as signing in, keeping your session secure, load balancing and completing a booking or payment. These cannot be switched off through our controls.
- Functional / preferences — remember choices such as your language/locale and display preferences to improve your experience.
- Analytics / performance — help us understand how the Platform is used (for example, which pages are visited) so we can measure and improve it. We use Google Analytics for this.
We do not use advertising or cross-context behavioral-advertising cookies. No advertising, retargeting or marketing pixels are present on this site. If that changes, this policy and our consent banner will be updated before any such tag is enabled.

4. Third-party cookies
Section titled “4. Third-party cookies”Some cookies are set by the providers we use to run the Platform, including Google (Google Analytics, Firebase Hosting), Stripe (payments at checkout), Cal.com (demo scheduling) and Cloudinary (image delivery). These providers process data under their own privacy and cookie policies; please review them for details. See also our Privacy Policy Section 8 for the providers we work with.
5. How to manage cookies
Section titled “5. How to manage cookies”You can control cookies in several ways:
- Our cookie banner — non-essential cookies are denied by default. Analytics cookies are set only after you choose Accept; choosing Reject leaves them off. Your choice is remembered in your browser, and you can change it at any time by clearing this site’s data, which brings the banner back.
- Browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete cookies and warn you before they are set. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Platform from working.
- Google Analytics opt-out — you can install Google’s opt-out browser add-on to prevent your data being used by Google Analytics.
6. “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control
Section titled “6. “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control”Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. We honour GPC: where your browser sends a recognised GPC signal we keep analytics storage denied and do not show the consent banner, regardless of any earlier choice. DNT has no agreed technical standard and we do not respond to it — where required by applicable law (for example, California), we treat a recognized GPC signal as a valid request to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to this policy
Section titled “7. Changes to this policy”We may update this policy as our use of cookies changes. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date.
