Gallery

The Gallery is your account’s media catalog: every picture and video you have added to Wink in one place. Open it from Link manager > Gallery in the main nav bar. It is available to hotels and affiliates that can manage content.

Browse your media

• Assets are listed newest first. Click Load more to see older ones.
• Use the Type and Origin filters to narrow the list.
• A dot on an asset marks it as AI-enhanced or AI-generated. Hover over the dot to see which.

The Gallery is read-only for now: you can’t upload, delete or edit assets from this page.

Reuse media instead of uploading it again

Wherever you attach a picture or video, Choose from gallery sits beside Upload. Pick an asset that is already in your catalog and it is attached without uploading it a second time. You’ll find it in:

• the social post editor, for images and videos separately,
• the media panel of a Link manager entry,
• the Upload file dialog when you add a file to Link manager.
