What is Agent?
Registered travel agents use the same portal as everyone else, at app.wink.travel, with a Travel Agent account. Agents search and book on behalf of their customers and earn a commission on each booking. To set one up, follow Getting Started as a Travel Agency.
Agencies approved to collect payment themselves act as merchant of record and handle payment outside the Wink platform. Agencies with their own systems can integrate through the Partner API.
Travel agents have a subset of the same portal features as Studio so we won’t cover them again here.
