The below features make up the core of Wink.
Booking engine
Section titled “Booking engine”At the heart of Wink, is a powerful, whitelabeled and highly customizable booking engine. It has all the features you’ve come to expect from a booking engine, such as real-time pricing, information about the property, its amenities, facilities, location and more. It includes support for different ranking categories such as eco-friendliness, lifestyles and reviews. It allows travelers to create a detailed traveler profile it can share that informs hotels of their preferences, what kind of allergies they have, emergency numbers and much more.
Our booking engine makes each property and destination look stunning with its beautifully designed interface. But, where it really sets itself apart from the rest, is its ability to upsell travelers on anything, in and around its premises. Much like a budget airline incentivizes passengers to upgrade to better seats with more leg room, increased luggage allotment and meals… Wink gives properties clarity on what upselling should look like. From in-room ancillaries, booking a meeting room or reserving a table at a local restaurant, to museums, nature hikes and water parks… Wink enables properties with the power to make their entire neighboor come to life with deals and experiences that will stun travelers.
Our focus is letting the traveler in on the bigger experience and to connect properties with their guests at a higher price point before arrival.

Content creation
Section titled “Content creation”Wink is as much a content tool as it is a booking platform. Every piece of travel inventory on Wink — a room, a spa treatment, a table at the restaurant next door, a sunrise hike — can be turned into something your audience can actually consume and act on.
Take any property, room or experience and produce a shareable link, a card, a grid, a map or a curated list from it, then drop it wherever your audience already is. The most widely used method of sharing anything online is the link, and ours comes with dynamic previews that show real-time price overlaid on a beautiful picture of your choosing. Nothing goes stale: pricing, availability and content stay live, so a link you shared months ago still sells today.
This is what shortens the path from a social feed to a confirmed booking — travelers see something worth having, priced and available, without ever leaving the feed to go hunting for it.

Automation
Section titled “Automation”Making content is one thing. Making it every week, forever is what actually breaks people. Almost every hotel we’ve met has the same story: a burst of enthusiasm, a month of good posts, then silence — because the person doing it got pulled onto something urgent, went on holiday, or left. Audiences notice the silence long before they notice the content.
So we automated it. Wink watches your live inventory, rates, promotions, photos and property content, and produces posts from it on a schedule you set — in the languages you sell in, with real prices and a booking link baked in. You decide how involved you want to be: approve every post before it goes out, or switch on auto-approve and let it run.
Continuous improvement
Section titled “Continuous improvement”Every post is measured — impressions, engagement, clicks, and crucially, the bookings that came from it. That performance data feeds back into what gets generated next: which rooms and experiences to lead with, which angles land with your audience, when to post, which tone of voice converts. A property that has been running Automation for six months is publishing noticeably sharper content than it was in week one, without anyone having sat down to analyze anything.
For hotels
Section titled “For hotels”This is the part that changes how a sales and marketing department operates. Automation gives you a floor — a consistent, on-brand, always-current presence that doesn’t depend on anyone’s calendar. Your marketing team stops writing captions and starts doing the work only they can do: campaigns, partnerships, positioning. Small properties with no marketing department at all get one for the first time.
For affiliates
Section titled “For affiliates”Affiliates get the same engine pointed at a different goal. Wink automatically publishes commissionable content on your behalf — every post carries your tracking, so anything that converts pays you, whether or not you were online when it went out. Instead of manually building a link every time you want to promote something, you set your cadence once and let a steady stream of live, bookable inventory reach your audience.
Automated posts to WinkLinks are always free, and posts published to your other social networks come with a free monthly allowance before they’re billed per post — see Pricing.

Link manager
Section titled “Link manager”A link manager lets you save and organize URLs you like for later. Your browser bookmarks is an example of a link manager. With the advent of social media, there came a greater need for exposing and making links available to your friends and audiences. Your Facebook feed is an example of a social-friendly link manager.
Our link manager tool, WinkLinks, goes further.
- It gives you a vanity url, such as https://i.trvl.as/bob, for times when sites like IG only allows you to share a single URL and it lets you manage links from all over the web. Also, if the site supports
rich content, like Spotify does, WinkLinks makes that playlist playable or makes a Facebook video watchable. - WinkLinks lets you add all your existing affiliate links, like CJ and Amazon, for free.
- WinkLinks is also the easiest way for anyone to sell travel inventory with just 2 clicks. It’s a slimmed-down booking engine with a focus on converting your audience to bookings.
WinkLinks is highly customizable and supports the needs of your brand.

Affiliate network
Section titled “Affiliate network”The booking engine is our core product but the affiliate network is what makes our platform come alive. Wink lets properties connect with affiliates and vice versa. The two can negotiate deals, commissions and discounts. Instead of speculating whether the relationship makes sense, the property can see the past performance of the affiliate along with the segment of travelers it brings to the table. Even without a direct connection, affiliates will have access to generally available rates and deals.
Wink makes inventory available in a variety to affiliates. We track the analytics of every booking, your ROIs and we are responsible for paying everyone involved. You can focus on what you do best; namely selling to your audience.

Our Extranet is a self-serve system for properties to connect with affiliates and reach a world wide audience of travelers.

Agent-friendly
Section titled “Agent-friendly”Most travel platforms were built for humans, then had an API bolted on afterwards. Wink was built the other way around: every single thing you can do in Portal, an AI agent can do too — over 500 tools exposed through the Model Context Protocol, covering the entire platform. No admin-only corner an agent can’t reach, and no task that requires a human to click something.
Property management
Section titled “Property management”Hand an agent a spreadsheet, a PMS export or a folder of photos and let it do the onboarding. It can register the property, write descriptions for every room, restaurant, spa and activity, set amenities and policies, load master rates and rate plans, open sales channels and push availability — work that takes a person days, done in one unattended run.
The same applies to everything after go-live. Rate and availability updates, seasonal repricing, blackout dates, content refreshes, reputation monitoring and month-end reporting can all run on a schedule, with nobody logging in.
Affiliate marketing
Section titled “Affiliate marketing”Agents can run the commercial side too: search inventory for what fits your audience, request and negotiate commissions with properties, build the shareable links, cards, grids and curated lists, publish them, then read back the analytics on what converted and reallocate toward what’s working.
For anyone operating at scale — an agency, a network, a large creator roster — this is the difference between managing a handful of properties by hand and running thousands programmatically.
Booking on your behalf
Section titled “Booking on your behalf”AI assistants like OpenClaw can plan an entire trip end to end on Wink — understand what someone wants, search live inventory worldwide, compare rates, amenities and reviews, then book and pay for it. No website, no forms, no human in the loop.
And an AI assistant has no brand loyalty. It doesn’t care whose site the room is listed on. It cares whether this is the best product, at the best price, with the best amenities for what its human asked for. Not a sponsored slot, not a decade of SEO, not the size of your marketing budget.
Discovery stops being about the brand and starts being about the product — which rewards an honest, complete description of what you’re actually selling. That’s exactly what Wink is built to give you.

Payout
Section titled “Payout”Many parties can participate in making a booking happen — the property, the affiliate who sold it, the travel agent, the agency representing them. We make sure everyone gets paid automatically and on time.
No commission statements, no invoices between businesses, no chasing anyone. You’re paid into your own bank, in your own currency, wherever in the world you are.
