AI-Assisted Property Registration

Wink’s AI-assisted registration lets you onboard a property in under an hour. Instead of manually filling in every description and amenity, you provide your property’s website URL and AI does the heavy lifting — generating welcome text, descriptions, amenity suggestions, and demographic information.

Prerequisites

  • Your property’s website URL (the more detailed the website, the better the AI results).

How it works

  1. Navigate to the Extranet and start creating a new property.

  2. Enter your property’s website URL when prompted. Wink’s web scraper visits your site and extracts information about your property — including descriptions, images, amenities, and location details.

  3. AI generates your content. Based on the scraped data, AI produces:

    • Welcome text — A polished introduction to your property.
    • Property descriptions — Highlights and summaries for your listing.
    • Amenity suggestions — Facilities and services detected on your website, mapped to industry-standard codes.
    • Demographics — Property type, location details, and target audience.

  4. Review the AI output. Everything AI generates is a suggestion. Review each section and edit as needed. You have full control over the final content.

  5. Choose your tone of voice. If you’d like a different style, select a tone (e.g., Luxury, Friendly, Adventurous) and regenerate. See AI-Powered Content for all available tones.

  6. Save and continue with the rest of your property setup — rooms, rates, photos, and more.

Tips for best results

  • Provide a content-rich website. The more information on your website (descriptions, amenity lists, location details), the better AI can generate accurate content.
  • Use your primary language. Enter your website in your primary language. Wink can translate the AI-generated content into 40+ languages afterward.
  • Review amenity mappings. AI maps your amenities to standardized codes used across booking platforms. Double-check that the mappings are correct.
  • Regenerate if needed. Not happy with the output? Try a different tone of voice or regenerate individual sections.

What happens next

After AI generates your initial content, you can:

  • Edit any section directly in the Extranet.
  • Add photos and videos to complement the AI-generated text.
  • Set up rooms and rates to start receiving bookings.
  • Translate your content into additional languages.
