Settings

When you first get started with Social, we will ask you how you want us to create your content. These options are available to you at all times so you can easily change them later.

Navigate to Preferences from the sidebar to manage your settings.

The preferences section contains your basic content generation settings:

  1. Preferred customization Choose which customization to use when generating content. Customizations control theme colors, default itinerary, currency, language, and more. You create customizations under your account on my.wink.travel.
  2. Auto-approve When enabled, generated posts are published automatically without requiring your approval. Enable this once you are confident in the quality of the content we produce for you.
  3. Approver name The name of the person or team who will receive approval request e-mails.
  4. Approver e-mail The e-mail address where approval requests for upcoming posts will be sent.

Social comes with many content creators to choose from. Each creator focuses on one specific way of creating unique content for your property using AI. Every content creator has a Weight attribute — a higher weight increases the chance that creator is selected when generating posts.

Here are all the available content creators:

The tone of voice sets the language style AI uses when generating content. Choose the tones that match your brand personality. As with content creators, each tone has a Weight to control how often it’s used.

Here are the available tones:

Post types determine the goal and structure of the generated content. Each post type has a Weight to control how frequently it’s used.

You might want to focus your marketing efforts on a particular language and region. Tell us the languages you want to create content for and the timezone you are interested in and we will do the rest. Posts are published at the scheduled time in your selected timezone.

Most properties use a single language and default to their local language.

By connecting your Google Business Profile, we can pull richer property details for more effective content. Your property needs a verified Google Business Profile so we can generate content from your listing. Some of our content creators require that you have a Google Business account.
