Receipts

Each booking on TripPay generates a receipt that you can access from the booking details page.

A receipt includes:

  • Payment details — Method of payment, transaction IDs, and timestamps.
  • Amount breakdown — Room charges, ancillary items, and totals.
  • Cancellation policy — The policy that applied at the time of booking.
  • Refund information — Any refunds processed, with amounts and dates.

TripPay provides two receipt formats:

  • Guest-friendly TripPay receipt — A clean, branded receipt suitable for sharing with the guest.
  • Payment gateway receipt — The full transaction record from the payment processor.

Both are accessible via links on the booking details page.
