Reviews

The reviews page shows all guest reviews submitted for your property.

To view your reviews, click on Distribution > Reviews from the main nav bar.

Browsing reviews

The review list is filterable to help you find specific feedback:

• Date range — Filter by when the review was submitted.
• Guest name — Search by first or last name.
• Guest email — Look up reviews by email address.
• Responded — Filter by whether you have responded to the review.

Results are paginated with 25 reviews per page.

Review details

Click any review to see the full details, including the guest’s written feedback and ratings. Use this to understand guest sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
