Which solution should I start with?

What is the difference between a partner and a travel creator?
Both create demand and earn the 10% default commission with 6-month attribution. Partners are professional, B2B demand channels — travel agencies, DMCs, tour operators, publishers, and loyalty programs distributing supply at scale. Travel creators are individuals — influencers, bloggers, and communities — monetizing a personal audience with booking-ready storefronts. Partners start at For Partners; creators start at For Travel Creators.
Can a hotel also be a partner?
A hotel controls supply through For Hotels. A partner creates demand through For Partners. The same organisation could technically use both routes, but the commercial contexts are different. Most hotels start with For Hotels; the partner workflow is for demand-creation roles.
What is the difference between Solutions and Products?
Solutions is audience-led. It answers "who is this for?" Products is feature-led. It answers "what does each product do?" Solutions routes you to the right audience sub-page. Products routes you to the right product page.
Where do I find Pricing?
Pricing lives at /pricing/. The core commercial model: 5.5% all-in on direct bookings; when a partner or creator drives the booking, a 10% default commission applies on top (taken after Wink's 5.5%) — the partner earns that 10%, with 6-month attribution per click; $0 setup, $0 monthly platform fee.
Where do developers start?
Developers should start at /builders/ and follow the Build on Wink documentation. Booking Engine and Agentic AI are the primary developer surfaces for checkout, fulfillment, and AI handoff.
Is Agentic AI a solution or a product?
Agentic AI is a platform capability, not a standalone product. It surfaces inside For Platforms & AI and For Builders as the AI-handoff route, and has a standalone capability page at /agentic-ai/. It is reached from the For Platforms & AI solution, the For Builders page, the homepage Platform overview, and the global footer.
