Hotels gave away the guest. We’re taking it back.
Wink is the commerce infrastructure for hospitality — built so every booking, from every demand channel, resolves into one layer the hotel controls.
The category
Not one piece of the puzzle. The whole transaction layer.
Wink is not just a booking engine, an affiliate network, a bedbank, an API or an AI startup. It unifies all of them — so any demand channel can transact against hotel-controlled supply through one integration.
Where Wink came from
A model built by operators, not observers.
- 01
The problem we lived
Direct distribution for independent hotels has been broken for two decades. Our team ran hotels across Thailand and Southeast Asia — and watched the guest relationship get handed to OTAs in exchange for reach. The cost compounded: 15–25% per booking, no guest email, no next booking unless the OTA brought them back.
- 02
The conviction
The fix wasn't another channel on top of the OTA default — it was new plumbing underneath it. Hotels needed to control supply, keep the guest, and let every demand route resolve into one checkout they own. Payment, attribution and settlement had to be part of the infrastructure, not bolted on.
- 03
The build
We built Wink as that infrastructure: hotel-controlled supply in Extranet, bookable assets in Studio and WinkLinks, partner and social routes, AI handoffs, developer access — and Booking Engine fulfilling every route at 5.5% all-in, with no setup fee and no monthly platform fee.

Where we are now
Wink operates across Southeast Asia and beyond, with a growing panel of independent and boutique hotels building direct demand outside the OTA default. Headquartered in Bangkok, with a North American base in Sheridan, Wyoming.
Who we serve
Built for independent hotels — and everyone who helps them sell.
Wink serves independent and boutique hotels, small and regional hotel groups — and the partners, travel creators, developers and AI agents who help them turn demand into direct, commissionable bookings on one platform the hotel controls.
The hotels we serve
Independent hotels
Owner-operated, independent hotels that want direct bookings, guest data and the guest relationship back from the OTAs — at 5.5% all-in instead of 15–25%.
Boutique & lifestyle hotels
Design-led boutique and lifestyle properties that need a booking experience as distinctive as the stay, sold across their own website, social and partner channels.
Small & regional groups
Small hotel groups and regional collections managing content, rates, availability and distribution for every property from one platform.
And everyone who helps them sell
Partners
Travel agencies, DMCs, tour operators, publishers and loyalty programs that drive demand and earn commission on confirmed stays, with 6-month attribution.
Travel creators
Creators and influencers who turn a personal audience into bookable hotel content and earn on every stay they send.
Developers
Product and engineering teams building hotel search, booking and payment on Wink's REST API and hosted MCP server.
AI agents & platforms
AI assistants, LLMs, banks, super apps and agentic products that discover, book and pay for hotels through one commerce layer.
What we believe
Principles, from watching how hotels actually operate.
Software people actually use
Hotel technology should be clean enough that a GM, revenue manager or marketing team uses it daily — not another system that needs an integrator.
Hotel commerce first
Built around the hotel commercial relationship: supply control, channel rules, partner attribution, booking fulfillment and guest ownership — not marketing tools with a booking widget bolted on.
Demand is a network
Partners create real hotel bookings when the route is measurable and bookable. Wink gives every demand source the commercial infrastructure that makes those bookings attributable.
AI-native, hotel-controlled
AI assistants and answer engines are becoming hotel discovery surfaces. Approved supply, policies and booking routes can be used by AI systems without the hotel losing control.

Start with the right conversation.
Whether you’re a hotel evaluating a direct booking platform, a platform or AI company exploring an integration, or a member of the press — the right next step is a demo or a direct conversation.
