1. What cookies are
Section titled “1. What cookies are”Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences over time. We also use similar technologies — such as local storage, pixels and software development kits — and we refer to all of them as “cookies” in this policy. Cookies may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (which remain until they expire or you delete them), and first-party (set by Wink) or third-party (set by a provider we use).
2. The categories we use
Section titled “2. The categories we use”- Strictly necessary — required to operate the Platform and provide services you request, such as signing in, keeping your session secure, load balancing and completing a booking or payment. These cannot be switched off through our controls.
- Functional / preferences — remember choices such as your language/locale and display preferences to improve your experience.
- Analytics / performance — help us understand how the Platform is used (for example, which pages are visited) so we can measure and improve it. We use Google Analytics for this.
We do not use advertising or cross-context behavioral-advertising cookies. [CONFIRM no advertising/retargeting tags are present, and that this remains true if marketing pixels are added later.]

4. Third-party cookies
Section titled “4. Third-party cookies”Some cookies are set by the providers we use to run the Platform, including Google (Google Analytics, Firebase Hosting), Stripe (payments at checkout), Cal.com (demo scheduling) and Cloudinary (image delivery). These providers process data under their own privacy and cookie policies; please review them for details. See also our Privacy Policy Section 8 for the providers we work with.
5. How to manage cookies
Section titled “5. How to manage cookies”You can control cookies in several ways:
- Our cookie controls — where a cookie banner or preferences tool is shown, you can accept or reject non-essential cookies and change your choice at any time. [CONFIRM whether a consent-management banner is in place; if you serve the EEA/UK, prior opt-in consent for non-essential cookies — including Google Analytics — is generally required before they load.]
- Browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete cookies and warn you before they are set. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Platform from working.
- Google Analytics opt-out — you can install Google’s opt-out browser add-on to prevent your data being used by Google Analytics.
6. “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control
Section titled “6. “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control”Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. [CONFIRM how Wink responds to DNT/GPC signals] — where required by applicable law (for example, California), we treat a recognized GPC signal as a valid request to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to this policy
